New Student Registration



STEP 1

Who can register the child? The natural parent

Submit the following original documents to Mrs. Bobbie Shimp, Registrar

Birth Certificate.  If the parent name on the birth certificate is different than yours please bring the court order, military order, adoption or foster care documents which explain the difference in name from the child.  No photocopies.
 
Proof of Residency (2 items):

            1 - Real estate tax bill, lease agreement, or mortgage                             agreement

            2  - Voter registration card or utility bill

    • If you are living in Clarke County without a lease and you do not own the residence you may have the owner complete the Property Owner's Certification of Residency form and present the notarized copy at registration.

    • Non-Resident Students:  See Tuition Application, Tuition Contract      Available Soon!

STEP 2

PowerSchool Online Registration:  
The Registrar will email parents a link that includes a registration code.  PowerSchool registration codes are required in order to access your child's online registration.  


STEP 3

A course registration appointment will be arranged with your child's school counselor.
